Are you licensed and insured?

Response Crew is a fully insured and licensed provider. Our license number is 316616. 

What areas do you service?

We service all of Phoenix valley including Tempe, Glendale, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Peoria, Mesa, Sun City, Avondale, Goodyear, Chandler, Gilbert, El Mirage, Surprise, Sun City West, Fountain Hills and more. We also service all of Tucson and surrounding areas like Oro Valley, Green Valley, Vail and Marana.

What services do you offer?

Our technicians are highly qualified and well-versed in several areas. We specialize in drywall repair, light electrical & plumbing. We also take on many other general handyman tasks such as door repair/replacement, TV mounting etc. You can always reach out to one of our team members to see if your request is something we can help with.

How can I get an estimate?

With our streamlined process, you can simply send an email to office@responsecrew.com with pictures and a brief description of what you need. We will have an in-house estimator review the scope of work and provide you with the labor estimate, usually the same day. We are proud to say that we have a 98% accuracy rate with the estimates provided. 

Do you charge any service fees?

No. Response Crew prides themselves in  transparency and we believe service fees are just part of the job. We do not charge anything other than our hourly rate and the cost of materials. If a haul away or rental is needed, we will provide you with the cost of that independently.

What payment options do you accept?

We require a credit card at time of booking, however, it is not referenced until after the service. We may also accept cash, however, our technicians do not carry change. 

What are your rates?

For one technician, our rate is a minimum of $198 which includes up to two hours of service. If the requirements extend beyond two hours, we prorate in 15 minute increments. We only bill for the exact time used. No sneaky business here. 

Do you provide a warranty?

Response Crew backs all the work we perform. If anything were to happen, we are happy to make the correction at no additional cost to you. Our workmanship warranty is good for a full 90 days. 

Does Response Crew work with Insurance companies?

Response Crew may provide estimates directly to you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Same goes for invoices once work is completed. We do not work directly with insurance companies, however, we can provide you with the proper documentation to submit for reimbursement. 

What happens if you cannot help with what I need?

If your request is outside of our scope, we have worked for many years to compile a list of trusted specialists. With our Preferred Vendors list, we hope to send you in the right direction. 

Are your technicians verified and background checked?

All of our technicians are thoroughly processed for verification and background checks. We strive to provide everyone a safe and comfortable environment. 

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, we have a cancellation policy that only requires 48 hrs. notice in case of cancellation or reschedule. If you are within 48 hrs., a $99 fee applies and if we are in route or on-site at the time of cancellation or reschedule, the minimum of $198 will be applied.
