What types of services do you offer?

The thing that sets Response Crew apart is the variety of home services we provide. We can help with anything from general house repairs to even hot water heater installation. We Specialize in drywall and texture, minor plumbing, minor electrical, framing and garage door services.

How can I get a quote?

We are upfront with all our pricing. You can call us at (480) 525-9825 and in most cases we can provide a free quote over the phone. You can also email us photos and a description of the project and we can provide an estimate that way. In some cases, it might require a Response Crew technician to visit your home or business to provide the quote. If we cannot provide an estimate based on the photos there is no charge for the on site estimate.

Do you charge any service fees?

No, Response Crew never charges service fees.

What are the payment options?

We accept cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Why is an hourly rate better than flat rate?

Flat rate has the advantage of a total price before the work begins, Although, unforeseen issues will increase the price.
The way a flat rate is determined, is based on how long a task takes + 30% or more to protect the company from any slow technicians or other minor issues. Example: A ceiling fan installation takes around 45 minutes, most flat rate companies charge between $80 – $105 to install. In a 2 hour job we can install 2 fans and have time left over to complete another small task while with a flat rate company you paid $160-$210 and you are going to pay more for your next item.
If you have a list of a few items and that list keeps growing as the work progresses, you are paying 30% more on each item.

What are your rates and how do you charge?

Response Crew charges by the hour, we have rates for a single technician or crew jobs.
For 1 technician we charge $189 for the first 2 hours and $89 for each additional hour.
For 2 techs we charge $200 for the first 1 hour and $179 for each additional hour.
Any hour after the minimum is pro rates by 15 minute increments.
If you provide us with a list of tasks you need done, we can estimate the time it will take over the phone.

Do you offer a warranty for your service?

Yes, we offer a 90 day warranty on the labor portion of all our jobs. If anything should go wrong with a service we preformed, we will come back out and fix at no extra cost. You must call Response Crew and set up a new appointment. If we are unable to resolve the issue we have referral partners that will help fix this issue.

Do you offer free on site estimates?

Yes we do. Our process is to get as much information as we can over the phone to provide a quote. In some cases this is not enough and we need to walk thought the protect. If we do so and give you an estimate we guarantee our labor quote to be within 20% of your final charge. All estimates are good for 90 days.
